About Wes Tubb M.Ost
My Background
I served in the Royal Military Police for several years and became a Personal Trainer in 2001. Over the years, I've worked with 100 clients, helping them improve their health and fitness. I use the knowledge and experience of exercise prescription that I developed over 20 years of being a trainer to help my patients today to improve their strength and mobility, allowing them to lead improved, pain-free lives.

My passion for helping people lead me to start my osteopathy degree in 2008. In 2013 I graduated with a Masters’ Degree in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy. Since then, I’ve completed courses in classical osteopathy and cranial osteopathy before completing my Postgraduate Certificate in Paediatric and Childhood Health from the prestigious Imperial College London.
My Interests
As a father and a husband, I love to spend time with my family, going on adventures with our dog Casper or just relaxing at home. When I'm not spending time with my family (or picking up Lego) I enjoy playing golf or being out on the bike come rain or shine. My love of golf has lead me to gain experience in the treatment of golf related injuries and I am a qualified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Medical Professional.
